Flood House this course covers advanced drying techniques, equipment and approaches to various materials and constructions.
The Flood House is an 8-room independent structure designed to replicate typical British buildings through its make-up of different materials and construction designs. The house is flooded with a measured 1800 gallons (UK) of water over a 24 hour period before being dried by the students. The design of the Flood House ensures the teaching is both a relevant and realistic experience that students will understand and remember.
