BDMA CORE DAMAGE MANAGEMENT TRAINING – LEVEL 1

This two day course will review flood and fire procedures in line with the BDMA syllabus and is aimed at students planning to gain accreditation as a BDMA Technician. In order to undergo the training you should have a minimum of BDMA Associate membership and own a personally registered copy of the official BDMA Damage Management Training and Reference Manual.

£199 plus VAT including lunch and refreshments

Remember

In order to sit the BDMA Technician Level 1 examination applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • They have a minimum of 12 months practical experience
  • They have a minimum of 3 months Associate membership
  • They are registered as owning a copy of the Official BDMA Training and Reference Manual
  • They have obtained a minimum of 10 CPD hours accrued under the BDMA Continuous Professional Development Scheme
  • Have the ability to carry out practical tasks related to fire and flood incidents
  • Be able to identify basic types of fire or flood and the appropriate action to take on site
  • Have the ability to undertake basic risk assessments

In order to undergo the training you must own a personally registered copy of the official BDMA Damage Management Training and Reference Manual.

£199 plus VAT including lunch and refreshments

Remember

In order to sit the BDMA Senior Technician examination applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • They have a minimum of 3 years practical experience
  • They have held BDMA Technician accreditation for a minimum of 12 months
  • They are registered as owning a copy of the Official BDMA Training and Reference Manual
  • They have obtained a minimum of 20 CPD hours accrued under the BDMA Continuous Professional Development Scheme
  • They have a wide ranging knowledge of fire and flood restoration
  • Can demonstrate a good general awareness of varying types of fire & flood and their treatments
  • Have the ability to scope work and undertake thorough risk assessments
