4. What times do the days start and finish?
For the first day of all courses, registration is 08:30am for a 09:00am start unless otherwise stated. Training days usually finish around 5:30pm, but depend on the progress of the course. Timings are left flexible for the benefit of the student.

6. When do I have to pay?
You should include your payment with your booking form as this will allow us to send you your manual immediately; this is important as many students will need to have pre-read the manual before attending. Alternatively you may wish to wait until you have received the invoice for your course. Should this be the case the latest that payment will be accepted is 30 days before commencement of the course. Late bookings may be accepted subject to availability. This may be paid by cash, credit card or sales voucher. Credit card payments are subject to a 2% charge. If you need a manual, it will be sent by pdf file for you to view on screen or print out and read. You will receive a hard copy of the manual when you arrive on the course. If you require a hard copy of the manual sent to you by post prior to the start of the course then a charge of £6 will be requested from you to cover post & packing charges.

8. Why aren’t the exam fees included in the price?
Where students elect to take the IICRC exam at the end of a course, the exam fees are set by and are payable to the IICRC; not the NFS. Exam fees are payable either by credit card or cheque and are paid in UK Pounds. For exam costs, please see the 'terms and conditions'.
